Ramadan is the most important month for a Muslim. It is the ninth month of Islamic calendar. It is also called by Ramzan. It is observed by Muslims. In this month, Muslim people around the world abstain from eating and other physical needs(such as sex or smoking) during the daylight hours. It is the best time to purify the soul and one can refocus attention on Allah. The foundation of Islam is 5, and Ramadan is one of them. During Ramadan, every part of our bodies must be restrained. We should restrained our tongue from unnecessary gossip, we should not watch unlawful things, we should not hear any obscene words.

Another reason to celebrate Ramadan is, it is mandated in the Quran. The month lasts 29 to 30 days based on the visual sightings of the crescent moon. What can't you do on Ramadan:
You can’t smoke
If you smoke your fast breaks, because it’s something that you ingest through your mouth. This is also a drugs, as a Muslims you can't use drags.
You can’t take medicine
While fasting you can't take any kind of medicine. But, if you’re sick for a long term condition then you’re exempt.
You can’t have sex
You can't have sex with your wife during Ramadan. This only applies to during the fasting hours, not during the night.
You can’t drink water
You can not drink water while fasting.
You can’t talk smack
It is the purpose of fasting month of Ramadan is not just the food.Try to avoid lying, gossiping, backbiting, being rude, swearing, and others bad works.
